HOW MAY I BECOME AN IRAD SITE?

IRAD is currently accepting applications from centers of excellence interested in participating in the registry. All interested sites must complete the following prior to enrollment in the registry:

  1. Receive a recommendation from a current IRAD investigator and approval from the IRAD steering committee.

  2. Agree to pay $5,000 annually to cover costs associated with running the registry.

  3. Complete all required regulatory documents, including institutional review board or ethics committee approval and a data use agreement.

  4. Assign a dedicated study coordinator who can devote approximately 8 hours per week to data abstraction and enrollment.
